Orange automatically go into the same sizes, and each size includes the same orange according to their diameters, and the
required weights.
The orange that have excess in their sizes are set aside, and also if they have diminution in their sizes they are put aside too. |
| The packing process of the different sizes is happened separated , every size that has the same specifications is collected together in the specified place too in the particularized packing carton according to the required weight by the customer. |
The orange is wrapped up , we use for this wrapping polished paper, too it's stamped with the Company Name .
A fine piece of paper has the name of the company is placed on the fruit that have no any wrapping & all the customer's requirements are taken into consideration so far .
Too the country that the orange will be exported , its name comes into consideration . |
Continuously the packing carton is checked by the Quality control, and a process of setting aside is happened for any packing carton has any deviation of any kind .
This deviation is determined by the Producing Management. |
| The cartons are carried on wooden pallets automatically and they're tied up by special kind of automatic machines. |
| The orange of the same sizes that are ready to being exported and they are already in the warehouse regularly too the orange in the warehouse are ready to be shipped whether by sea or land. |
