We have a high performance system of surveillance by camera covering all the pack house, and a fire alarm system controlled by PLC. All rooms include a sound system diffusing (K7/CD) music or songs.
 
We are equipped with several computers, all are connected through a network.
 
We have our proper water treatment system giving a pure and a high quality drinking water.

Our administrative building include offices, medical room, laborers restaurant, engineers and visitors restaurant, large kitchens, storage rooms, ladies and men bathrooms.
Quality Policy
Department of quality control :
-Objectives:-
1- Examination and reception of new citrus fruits.
2- preparation and control of fruits disinfectant, detergent and wax+ antifungal solutions.
3- Supervising and adjustment of PH, temperatures, proper working of disinfecting sink, fruit washers, fruit waxing and fruit during ovens.
4- Supervising the final product.
5- Hiegene , get rid of packhouse wastes and protection against birds, insects and wild animals.
6- performing the physical and chemical analysis of citrus fruits in the laboratory which are necessary for assuring the high quality of fruits.
7- providing information such as, pesticides using and PHI , MRL and concentration to the packhouse customers.

4- TSS / acidity ratio
C- Taking representative fruits samples and keeping at a room , temperature for a period of one month in the laboratory . then examine the fruits to make sure that such
