-Objectives:- |
1- Examination and reception of new citrus fruits. |
2- preparation and control of fruits disinfectant, detergent and wax+ antifungal solutions. |
3- Supervising and adjustment of PH, temperatures, proper working of disinfecting sink, fruit washers, fruit waxing and fruit during ovens. |
4- Supervising the final product. |
5- Hiegene , get rid of packhouse wastes and protection against birds, insects and wild animals. |
6- performing the physical and chemical analysis of citrus fruits in the laboratory which are necessary for assuring the high quality of fruits. |
7- providing information such as, pesticides using and PHI , MRL and concentration to the packhouse customers. |
